Once the processing of the Outlook.pst file is complete, folders will display in the top left hand window of the results screen:
1. Recovered Messages
This folder contains deleted messages that have been recovered.
2. Personal Folders
Personal folders represent the existing folder structure of your PST file. The folder structure can be navigated. You may also find deleted messages here.
Click on a folder in the top left hand window to display the messages it contains in the top right hand window.
Click on a message in the top right hand window to preview the content of the message in the bottom right hand window.

A red question mark on a folder means that some messages in this folder may not be fully recovered. Preview these messages to show their content.
